Oklahoma Realtor stays on top of Oklahoma City's progress
THIS OKLAHOMA REALTOR STAYS ON TOP OF OKLAHOMA CITY'S PROGRESS. It was the weekend, so I took some free time and went for a
drive. I started out in Warr Acres at the car wash to clean up Nancy's car. It was a beautiful day, so I wanted to spend some time outside doing man stuff. The last I heard, Oklahoma still has most liberties and remains a part of the free country of the United States. I washed all the road film off and hand scrubbed the little car just to get the shiny look. It turned out well, and I proceeded to the Car Show in Del City.

There were some great looking cars there. Some I thought were perfect. They really made my car wash look inadequate. I strolled around and took a few pictures.

After looking at the cars and taking a few pictures, I drove across I-40 and up the Hefner Parkway to our office at Paradigm AdvantEdge, the second largest independent Real Estate Brokerage office in Oklahoma.
From there, I drove to one of my favorite additions in north Oklahoma City. Regency Pointe. A great neighborhood with phase one almost complete. The club house is ready and the pool will be opening very soon. There are a few houses still for sale, and a couple being completed. It appears the second phase is underway and there are no limits to the possibilities of picking a great lot. Several great builders are putting up really nice homes. One Oklahoma home builder, Neil McGee has some really wonderful homes in this addition and I'm sure he plans to build more. There are also homes being built by some of the best home builders in the central Oklahoma area.

After I cruised through Regency Pointe, I drove down to the new AAA service center to see how it turned out.
The energy effeciant office was complete on schedule and looks great.
I took a few pictures of it and proceeded back home to my peaceful little neighborhood in Warr Acres where I met with my son and grandson.
We played Wii, and ate pizza. It was a great day, with great weather, in the great state of Oklahoma.
Keeping you informed about Oklahoma,
