Recently I observed some pasture land south of Oklahoma City with a lot of buffalo/bison. Because I was raised on a large cattle ranch, and have been involved with agriculture most of my life, I did a little research. I was amazed on what turned up. Instead of writing a long boring blog, I have posted a couple of links to visit, if anyone is interested in knowing more facts. Although the product could be the meat of the future, I think managing buffalo might be a bigger task than I would want to tackle.
