Many just fill in as much information as is required to list the property on the MLS.  We use the MLS as a true selling tool so that each person who sees the listing will be motivated to see your home.

·               *We do a Virtual Tour of your homes.
Many do not want the added expense of hiring a professional photographer and the monthly software fees of running a virtual tour.  We also load as many pictures as the Visual Tour program will allow; 50 in all.

·               *We use a graphic designer to assist us in all flyers and marketing that is done for your homes.
The flyer box will be kept full and you will be provided with as many flyers as you request.  Postcards will be designed and mailed to everyone in our database and everyone in your surrounding neighborhood.

·               *We will hold a Buyers’ Open Houses.
We are veterans at open houses.  We will advertise and promote your open house.  We will get information from each and every attendee and will follow up with them, continuing to overcome any objections they might have.

·              * We will provide all potential buyers with a short list of quality funding experts.
We have immediate access to quality lenders who can quickly qualify and approve potential buyers which eliminates financial headaches.

·               *We will use GoScoutHomes.tv to list your homes on the COX Real Estate Channel.
Only about 1% of agents use this service.  It is pricey, but effective.

·               *We will use OpenHouseOK.com.
This site gets over 450,000 hits daily and they don’t accept “For Sale By Owner” listings.

·               *We will place your homes on the following web sites:
www.DreamsDoComeTrue.us, www.REALTOR.org, www.Paradigm-Realty.com, www.CraigsList.com and approximately 30 others.

·               *We will use E-Flyers to broadcast your listings to all area Real Estate Agents.
This will send a quality e-mail flyer of your listing with pictures and Visual Tour link to every agent in your listing area by e-mail.

·               *We will send out Just Listed cards to the neighborhood and surrounding areas to let them know your homes have just been listed and are ready for sale.
This mailing will consist of professional designed cards and a color photo of the front of your home.  The mailing will be to approximately 500 families in your area.

·               *We will send you weekly in depth reports showing new listings (competitors), sold and pending properties.  This report will also include details of all showings, who showed your home and the buyers comments.
We feel informed clients are the best clients.  Teamwork is essential in selling your home and we provide you with as much information as we have in regards to your home and it’s status in the market.

·               *You will have your own listing page on our website with it’s own URL.  We give you password protected access to your own web page.
I’ve never seen this promised by any Realtor anywhere.  You will have you own page and may access it at any time in which to place notes or pictures.

·               *We will handle all the marketing at no extra cost to you.
