One is never out of the loop of city happenings. The Edmond Life magazine is a periodically updated newsletter for all residents. The magazine focuses on keeping residents informed about city services and programs while keeping them entertained with special features. Edmond Life TV also gives residents access to the ongoings of local government, public service announcements, city planning and more. All residents are also given the Edmond Living Residents Guide, a highly-valuable resource with a city directory, park maps, and routes for The Eddy, Edmond's efficient trolley system.

Attractions and Recreation

Edmond is a lively and friendly city along Route 66. Walk down the streets of town for a rich intake of art as public art is found throughout the downtown area. Bronze statues, stained glass, steel sculptures and more line the streets. Local and well-known performers can be found at the Jazz Lab, a state-of-the-art entertainment venue. Live music booms from the park amphitheater during outdoor concerts and much relaxation can be found on the championship golf course. Events are scheduled every month ranging from Cow Kids Camp, to fresh fruits at the farmers' market, to war stories with the veterans. One look at the city's event calendar (vistitedmondok.com) and one is sure to not spend a single week bored.
